Dr. Osnard is a faculty member in the Division of Hospital Medicine within the Department of Medicine at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. His work centers on delivering acute care to adult patients in inpatient settings and providing clinical instruction to medical students and residents on the wards. He also serves as a faculty member in the Johns Hopkins Executive and Preventive Health Program.

Dr. Osnard has been recognized as a Top Doctor (hospitalist) by Baltimore Magazine over multiple years. He is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Hospital Medicine, and his research interests include quality improvement, patient safety, and cardiovascular disease prevention.
