So happy video visits exist. Had a UTI, needed Rx right away and w/this terrible snow/ice storm, not like I could drive to any doctor's office. She was great and got it that I needed an Rx ASAP. Have had UTI's before, so I know immediately when they start what I need.

I always get treated with respect and courtesy a this office. This was a quickly scheduled appointment - I called at 9AM and got a call back at about 9:45 . . . I was offered an in office visit in 45 minutes if I could make it. I quickly dressed and got there at 10;20. I waited a bit and at 10:45 was told that since I was late . .. I quickly corrected the person that I was there 10 minutes early.

Dr. Son is really sweet. She explains everything clearly. When I wanted to stop taking a certain medication, she didn't give unnecessary pushback but suggested I gradually reduced until finished. She is very relatable and is a Christian.

Dr. Son is a relatively new primary care physician for me. This was my second visit with her. I am highly pleased with her command of medical practice, attention to detail and warm, caring approach. She is a physician I would like to continue seeing.
