DR KASHIMA IS VERY FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE WHICH MADE THE OFFICE VIST MORE RELAXED.

He was so far behind and while apologetic, I saw him 1 hour and 22 minutes PAST my appointment time.

Dr Kashima is always willing to listen to my experience and offer ways to alleviate discomfort. He's great at not just throwing surgery and drugs are problems, but finding solutions that work for me.

Dr. Kashima will always ask how my ears are. Experienced many unpleasant ear infections. He will clear the impaction, prescribe medicine and follow-up. Condition is improving. If I need to see him before my scheduled appointment he will see me. Thank you for the excellent care you provide.

Dr. Kashima and the resident who treated me were exceptional. They spent a lot of time with me troubleshooting what the source of my pain might be, and both the resident and Dr. Kashima gave me sound advice that enabled me to set up follow up care with other specialties.
