Kept criticizing my PCP and his decisions about my care, despite knowing little about the medical context of them and was not interested in hearing about the context of them. Just kept telling me how her care would be better than his. Did not even look at medical notes I offered from previous cardiologist even though I told her he had written important explanation for my heart rhythms.

I met Mary for the first time on April 22, 2025. She was very familiar with my cardiac issues and spent almost an hour explaining the reason for medication changes and the need for dietary changes.

Mary Rackson was highly efficient, communicative, and informative. She spent an hour with me and answered every question I had, and never rushed. I couldn't expect any more than what I received from Mary!
