I really love how he asks questions that give him the kind of data he needs to get to the heart of the issue.

Dr. Wu took an appropriate amount of time for the appointment. He spoke directly to me, and at one point, asked his assistant to send him information from my online CPAP account. She was quick! Dr. Wu decided on a course of action to try to resolve my sleep problems, and asked me to schedule a next appointment.

Dr. Wu is absolutely fantastic! He is so knowledgeable and attentive. He often runs behind, but he is always apologetic and spends the same amount of time with you. I have never been rushed. He responds to messages quickly. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Wu. He's truly a gem!

I really like Dr. Wu. However, I REALLY don't like how difficult it is to schedule an appointment with him. I don't like the fact that appointments get cancelled and rescheduled randomly for future dates with no reason given and no consideration given to if the date/time is okay with my schedule. In addition, there is NO way to reach anyone by phone to discuss scheduling. This is incomprehensible to me!
