Mark Milner, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.A.C.P., F.A.S.E., received his medical degree as an Alumni Scholar at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He completed a cardiology fellowship at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He pursued an academic career as Associate Director of Non-Invasive Cardiology at the Washington Hospital Center. More than 60 publications have published his work. He has had appointments as clinical assistant professor of Medicine at both George Washington University and Georgetown University. His interests include echocardiography and nuclear medicine.

Dr. Milner is a physician representative for Automated External Defibrillators for the State of Maryland (MIEMSS). Dr. Milner has been recognized as one of the area's "Top Doctors" several times by Washingtonian magazine.

    Dr. Milner was wonderful with my mother. He helped to get her from her wheelchair onto the examination table and he took her blood pressure. I also had several questions in the chat on the portal and he responded quickly.

    I am very sorry to hear that Dr. Milner is retiring. I feel that he is an excellent doctor who truly listens to you. I hope to be able to find a replacement that shares his set of medical values. He has given me some names, and I hope that they will be accepting new patients when It is time for me to schedule my next annual appointment

    Dr. Milner is an asset to John's Hopkins Medicine, and we--his patients, are fortunate to have him overseeing our care.     Dr. Milner is my Cardiologist. I don't see him on a regular basis anymore. Because my primary does a pretty good job of monitoring my blood pressure & my medication. I do come to the office generally once or twice a year. Dr. Milner is very thorough in caring for me.
