I am the patient's sister, and I was there during the visit. I would say that the doctor and my sister ""tolerated"" each other. This was a new patient visit. We had never met this doctor before. He asked us why we were there, which I found odd since it was a new patient visit. My sister is cognitively impaired and she has trouble understanding and answering questions. The doctor was relatively cut and dried in his responses and reactions to my sister. There was no feeling of empathy or compassion.

I was there for follow up and post emergent hospital admission 8 days in Fla. UF Jax, Fla. I was chastised for not brining records. They too are on Epic & I had seen John Hopkins Cardiologist prior to my visit with. Dr. Phillips. She had reviewed records from Jax. Florida.

Just thank you. I am having a problem with my left hip and I am seeing doctors at the VA. Dr Phillips took extra time to talk to me about my hip and he told me somethings about my hip I did not know. Thank you
