I receive excellent care from Dr. Phillip. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a PCP.

She questioned why I was seeing her because she wasn't my primary. She didn't seem too interested in partaking in conversation with my questions. Felt like it was an ""in and out"" type of ordeal. It was more of a ""if you want to"" get results. I didn't feel like I got my questions fully answered.

I have going to Johns Hopkins for many years and Dr. Philip is one of the best physicians in your practice. She is thorough, does extra research when necessary, and explains issues in layman's terms. I tried to have her become my husband's primary doctor when he changed doctors. However, she was closed to new patients. I was so dissappointed.

She is good, but seems rushed and admitted she hadn't looked at my recent history before she entered the room. I'm not sure the AI hing actually benefits the patient. The provider seems less engaged.
