Dr. Nakazawa was kind, thorough, helpful, and informative as we discussed my situation and treatment options. She laid out a plan of treatment in a thoughtful way, making sure we understood the options, benefits and side effects of each step along the way. She listened carefully to our questions and gave us informative, thoughtful answers. She never rushed the conversation, which we greatly appreciated because we had a list of things to ask her. After meeting with her, I feel confident in her ability to provide the level of care I will need.
