Lynne was very pleasant and immediately put me at ease. She has a very good balance of ""taking care of business"" while being personable and reassuring. I was a new patient to her and the [staff] (originally the appt was with the Dr but was rescheduled with the PA). Without me requesting, Lynne checked to see if [staff] was available to stop In and they gave me the opportunity for him to join us. Both were very competent and exceptional at ""partnering"" with me as a patient.

I recieved no new information, and coordination between the PA and cardiologist was very lacking. This was a follow up visit with the PA after visiting the electrophysiologist cardiologist.
