The Dr provided referrals for my conditions and informed me on my options.

Dr. Cram addressed other concerns I had related to a UTI from a lab report not from her or my regular Tricare provider. Her response relied me of concerns I had. She took the time to listen and answer my questions. She exhibited great ""bedside manner"" and patience. I felt she was attentive and listened to my issues. Very pleased with her diagnosis and recommendations for medications. The virus is still running its course, but I am healing.

I've been seeing Dr. Cram for a while now. After having separated from the military, she's been the longest doctor that I've had and really knows my ups and downs I Wish Jon Hopkins had more like her.
