Dr. Sutphin was very understanding and caring during our recent video conference. She listen intently to my concerns and ordered the appropriate lab test. Once the results came back she let me know quickly. I am a very positive experience and would gladly use her services again.

Dr. Sutphin listened to what I had to say, recorded detailed information, asked follow-up questions, and gather necessary medical history. She narrowed down potential causes of my symptoms and ordered an x-ray to rule out a diagnosis. She put in a prescription for me, and and followed up to provide me the results of my x-ray. She was nice to work with and I felt she spent an appropriate amount of time with me and treated me with respect.

I would not want to see this provider again, while she was not unknowledgeable she definitely treated me like I didn't know what I was speaking of when I have a PhD in pathology and work as a clinical analyst...
