I was referred to Dr. Lin by [staff] because Dr. Lin is a specialist in my issue, an infected tear duct. She prescribed a different eye drop, and discussed with me other reasons why I may have experienced two unexpected infections, suggesting another analytical approach, a scan for sinus infections. I appreciated her taking me seriously about whether there may be a third diagnosis for my symptoms.

Dr Lisa Lin is a very young doctor with the best credentials one can find. Her medical education and training were top-notch. She answered my question patiently and in detail. Unlike like my previous experience with other providers, I didn't feel being rushed at all. I am glad I switched to BCBS this year and chose Wilmer Eye Institute in Bethesda.
