The provider took the time to listen to my daughter health problem and to ask questions to better orient care options for us. She is obviously specialized in caring for my daughter's condition and helps us understand how to best move forward. She involved both of us in the decisions to best address her condition moving forward.

She spoke to the patient, not just about the patient. She was well informed about the issue. She listened to patient concerns and was not dismissive about symptoms or previous medical history.
