Provider removed numerous cysts from a very private part of my body without any difficulty. She made me feel relaxed and did a great job without causing any stress or pain.

She's certainly very kind. I would like for her line of thinking when it comes to developing a treatment plan to be explained more thoroughly without having to pry the information out of her with an extensive line of questioning. Again, she is kind, and as a patient, I would like for providers to explain, in detail, reasons for doing things or diagnoses they may be considering, acknowledging I may have the capacity to fully grasp/comprehend what's going on. It helps me to make better-informed decisions about my care.

Overall, my skin exam was thorough. The provider took a picture of a concerning skin mole; she shared that she was using her phone to take and upload the photo to my electronic record. I requested an examination of my scalp, but I forgot to remind the provider.

She was very clear about what needed to be done. She worked carefully and very professionally. I am awaiting a message from her regarding the tests she did. I know it may be more than a week.

Lisa was phenomenal. I had an appointment for a skin cancer check. In addition to that thorough exam, she answered several additional questions that I had patiently, and graciously. I thought she was terrific, she made me feel that every question was important, and answered all completely. She is an asset to the department and I will definitely request that she continue to provide dermatological support to me in the future

Ms. Carroll lectured me on a drug I have been taking for over 30 years. At one point she laughed and I did not know why she laughed. I had other concerns I wanted to talk about but felt I would not be heard so I stopped sharing.

Lisa took appropriate interest in my issue, which thankfully for me was no problem! She used the nitrogen bottle to freeze a keratosis on my back.

Physician Assistant Carroll is very thorough in her examination of my right hand middle finger, which is infected and my neck for the dark red spots. She asked questions, took pictures and ordered lab culture to determine whether I have fungus or bacteria for proper treatment.
