I visited Dr Roque to reassess my hearing and the functioning of my hearing aids. She retested my hearing, which had not changed, and made some adjustments to the hearing aids to ensure they were working at their best. She was patient and knowledgeable and explained how I could best use the hearing aids.

Lindsey Roque was better than a 10 as provider and in visit. She immediately heard my concerns, adjusted the plan for my visit so I saw [staff] first for some ear cleaning, then her, then back to [staff]. Both she and [staff] were terrific about this. Lindsey Roque was also fantastic at running the audiology test: set up, explanations, and answering my questions.
