Dr. Lindsay Sheets is Assistant Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her areas of clinical expertise include internal medicine, pediatrics, primary care for patients of all ages with developmental disabilities and other complex childhood-onset conditions, and medicine for patients who are unhoused. Dr. Sheets provides primary care for patients at the Hopkins PACT (Pediatric-informed Adult Care and Transition) Clinic and consultative care for patients at the Pediatric Complex Care Collaborative (PC3) for the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center
Dr. Sheets received her B.A. from Birmingham-Southern College. She earned her M.D. from University of Alabama at Birmingham Heersink School of Medicine and M.P.H. from University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Public Health. She completed her residency at Johns Hopkins in the Urban Health Combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency Program.
Dr. Sheets is also passionate about medical education. She served as the inaugural Assistant Chief of Service for Ambulatory Medicine for Osler Medical Housestaff Training Program (2023-2024). She continues to teach regularly as a preceptor for resident learners in the Harriet Lane Pediatrics Acute Care Clinic and the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center Medical Clinic. She also serves as a Firm Faculty Clinical Coach for the Osler Program's Longcope Firm.

Dr Sheets is wonder. She got to know my son and she was very enthusiastic and positive with him. She spoke directly to him which is great (some do not givre disabled people that much respect). She is very very competent, very positive and she makes herself available to her patients if they need when they are sick or have concerns or she provides a backup person. She is the best doctor that my son could have I think. He REALLY liked her .

Dr sheets is an extremely thorough doctor. I am extremely thankful to be connected with her! If it is a complicated topic she immediately finds the answer and resolves the problem! I couldn't imagine being with another doctor now that I've met her.
