Friendly, knowledgeable, professional.

She is very calm and kind. She was easy to talk to and was very efficient.

I had never met her before, but she was so nice and personable! I wish I had met her during my recent pregnancy.

I had been a patient of this practice many years ago. Dr. Chen was not at the practice then. Dr Chen was pleasant and gave me a dull exam before recommending a medication.

She took a lot of time to answer questions and address concerns (I had many). She never rushed me, offered alternatives to medications and has a very kind and understanding bedside manner. I felt like she really listened to me and she gave me a referral for continuity of care outside of her scope when she could have just said she can't help and I need to deal with it (which other doctors have done).

Dr. Chen is a wonderful care provider! Super responsive, caring and knowledgeable.

She is highly qualified and up to date on the latest medical information.

Dr. Chen listened to my concerns with true intent to help. Her body language, tone of voice, and words made me feel heard, understood, and important.

Dr. Chen was extremely skillful in my procedure. I was nervous because my last procedure of this type was very painful, but I barely felt anything with Dr. Chen. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took great care of me.

Dr. Chen is one of the best providers I have seen. I have a great deal of confidence in her knowledge, expertise, and ability. The relief I feel in the current climate of having a physician who 150% honors my bodily autonomy as a woman is enormous. I feel like Dr. Chen makes a marked effort to understand my health from my perspective, complex though that is.
