It would be nice to know that my video call was delayed, and for how long. Especially since I was to be on the video call 15 minutes prior. The provider did apologize for being late, which I expected being a later appointment. But there was no communication that she was running behind.

The procedure, fitting a small piece was good. However the doctor was overbooked and I had to wait at each turn, to be admitted, and after getting ready for exam.

My annual gynecology visit went well on 9/15, especially as I did not have to do an additional exam since I had one earlier already that same day. All my questions were answered and I will be back next year.
