The provider was patient and explained things very well. The medical assistant (whose name is cannot remember) was soooo wonderful. She informed me of the provider's delay which really impressed me. I don't think that's ever happened at this practice.

I appreciate that he is very thorough. The only issue on this video visit was that I kept hearing feedback from my voice. Not sure why, since the doctor was wearing headphones.

Dr Shranatan is one of the best doctors out there. You are not a number or next in line. I am a person and treated like one. This is hard to find anymore.
