I appreciate how quickly I was able to be seen after sending a massage via my chart. I also really appreciate the phlebotomist who did my labs at the onsite lab-I've had her before and she is consistently so kind and reassuring.

I appreciate that Ms. Neal is knowledgeable about perimenopause and takes my concerns about symptoms seriously. She explains the exam steps and is considerate of my comfort. She explains treatment options and we decide together which is best for me. She encourages follow up if I have questions or if the treatment needs to be adjusted. I never feel my concerns are dismissed as I have with other medical professionals, which discourages any follow up.
