Kristen Col, OD was patient and thorough with her assessment. She was able to get us into testing that day so we didn't have to come back at a later date.

Kristen Col was thorough and timely with my appointment and was patient with all my questions asked.

The doctor, I was originally supposed to see, [staff], canceled all his appointments the day I was to be seen with less than 24 hours notice. But they did reschedule me with another provider later that day. She was great and called in a second Dr to also examine my eyes. I did have to wait about 45 minutes beyond my appt time to be called back.

Dr. Col was great, she listened well and you could tell she cares about what she does.

Knowledgeble and thorough

Dr. Col conferred with me as a colleague, rather than a child. She appreciated that these eyes are mine, and that I can contribute helpful information to her decisions.

One of the best providers I have seen in awhile! She made me feel so at ease with everything going on, and made sure she did everything she could to solve the issue.
