Provider ordered labs but I haven't had them yet. Provider is always good about following up after labs are completed.

Dr. Mross is a very good doctor who always takes the time to listen to how I'm feeling and keeps asking questions to make sure she is understanding what I am saying. She supports me as an elderly, 97 y.o. Patient and has genuine concern about my well-being. She also follows up and talks with my daughters to make sure all my needs are being met at home. She is very knowledgeable.
