It was an excellent experience. My records from my hospital in a different city were not available so he contacted my regular doctor and requested them. My EKG showed a variance and he explained it to me. He went over my past labs as well. I requested that new labs be done. He submitted them for us to look over.

I did follow up via the patient portal to ask for clarification about my ECG results. I should have thought to do that in person however Dr Friedman did answer me on the portal. Next time I will ask him to provide me with more details about the results listed in the report.

Dr. Friedman is the most kind and caring doctor and has gotten me through some tough medical Issues. He Is so open and listens to my thoughts and concerns and works with me to address my concerns.

Dr. Friedman is always pleasant, smiling and his demeanor always relaxes me. Always asking about me first, how I've been, what's new relaxes me ( I have white coat syndrome when seeing a doctor). These brief few minutes make a tremendous difference to me.

He is a cardiologist who helped first to connect me with a cardiologist who performs Watchman implant procedures and in the most recent office visit discussed that procedure and its follow-up. I was not able to have this follow-up because I was hospitalized for a serious but unrelated illness. Dr,Friedman was able to connect me to that specialist again to expedite the follow-up procedure quickly. I appreciated this.

Communicated well but something from ekg that showed up In my chart but was not mentioned.
