I have been sick for awhile and had completed 7 days of antibiotics and felt no improvement. Kayla is not my regular PCP but she great. I am very glad that there are two great people there that I see, [staff] and Kayla. Kayla was so professional and worked hard to figure out a new antibiotic that might help.

This was my first visit. There was a little misunderstanding with scheduling so the visit was a bit rushed, but that was beyond the provider's control. I would have liked to spend.more talking about how to partner to improve my health.
