Dr. Sterling served as chief resident of the University of Maryland Medical Center urology program. During her training, she performed laboratory research related to overactive bladder. With an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, Dr. Sterling served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy, completing two deployments at sea, including one combat mission during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Dr. Sterling treats both men and women. Her expertise includes voiding dysfunction, male and female urinary incontinence and female pelvic floor disorders. Dr. Sterling’s practice also encompasses medical and surgical management of kidney stones, erectile dysfunction and urological cancers.
