This was my first patient experience with Hopkins Medicine. Ms. Selby was prompt, knowledgable, attentive and supportive. That's a home run in my book. My former primary provider became a concierge physician. I had to find a new practitioner. I tried another practice and was not satisfied. This Hopkins appointment was first rate from check-in to check-out.

She was congenial, informative and professional. Due to an urgent need in the office, she was about 10 minutes late for our appointment. The first thing she said when she entered my room was a very sorry to have kept you waiting. I very much appreciated her explaining why she was a bit late. I informed her that I needed to be out of the office around 8:45 for a 9 AM appointment. We work together to make that happen without any rush. She answered all of my questions very well.

As an aging female in great health, I would have deeply appreciated more suggestions/advice about how to extend' my health. Things I might do specifically, for example, although my blood pressure, weight, sleep concerns, seem ok/average, is there anything I can do to improve those levels? Or, does it all just decline because I'm old?

This was my first appointment with Katy since I recently transferred primary care physicians in Johns Hopkins from I-Street in DC to Edgewater. This appointment was made within 3 days of transferring to this facility. I was amazed it was made so quickly. Katy is an extremely good and proficient in her duties. I felt comfortable with her and look forward to seeing her in the future.

My provider is heaven sent. I was so nervous and awkward about seeing someone new because I rarely have heath issues I never had a primary care doctor before. She made me feel comfortable , relaxed and she is so easy to talk to. She addressed all my concerns and still asked if there was anything else I wanted to discuss.
