Karthya Potti, MD

Karthya Potti, M.D., is a family medicine physician who was born and raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. While she enjoys all aspects of primary care, she has particular interests in women's health, mental health, preventive care and gender-affirming hormone therapy for adults.

Dr. Potti aims to educate patients about their health, empower them to make the best decisions for themselves, and create a judgment-free space that fosters an effective provider-patient relationship.

She lives in Howard County with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and cooking.
