I Love Kara Hickey the Best CNP ever..

I went in with hesitation about discussing perimenopause due to the lack of research that has been done on it, however, Kara was ready to discuss it and she had questions ready to ask me so that I didn't have to think through all the possible symptoms, and she validated my experience with it in a way that made me feel heard and that I really appreciated.

Kara listens attentively without judgment, is affirming, has a great sense of humor, and expresses compassion. I have seen her for many years, sometimes with years in between, and I feel comfortable every time. She takes the pressure off of seeing a provider and accepts her patients exactly where they are. She is a gem in our health system.

Kara is friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I feel very confident and comfortable under her care.
