Personable and confident.Wasn't sure needed repeat thyroid ultrasound since it was recently performed by Advanced Radiology and I brought a CD along which was uploaded. Also performed another procedure to check the larynx unsure why.

Dr. Frazier was very professional and kind, answering all of my questions. I am very pleased with my appointment. I needed to schedule surgery and Dr Frasier remarked it would faster if I did so that day. I decided to call back the following day to schedule surgery, but couldn't get through.

She was very friendly and personable. Explained my condition and treatment options. Once I chose the option, she explained the procedure.

The worst part of the visit was that Dr. Frazier was running more than an hour behind schedule. However , I was told that I could not leave the waiting area in the interim.
