Dr. Rapazzo was very direct and informative. Unfortunately due to an error she did not have my blood work related to the referral and was naturally a little confused due to this. She is very thorough and makes things clear which is very helpful.

Dr. Rappazzo is very responsive to address my medical issues and problems. She provides excellent communication and diagnosis of my medical condition. To include next steps for my treatment plan.

Dr. Rappazzo interacted with me as minimally as possible on the call. She joined a few minutes early and didn't say much. Quite frankly, the visit seemed to be a nuisance to her. This is an annual visit so not a burden in terms of her time and it is my only time to get any new information or developments concerning my condition. The call probably lasted around 8 minutes in total. I have not been sending her messages via MyChart or taking her time between the annual visits either.

This was a consult about my blood clots. Dr Rappazzo had obviously read my medical records and explained the issue (s) in detail. She then came up with a plan to go forward.

Since I had lost access to my usual laptop the same morning of the appointment, backup and Dr. Rappazzo were helpful in my navigating new devices and adaptable when Zoom audio did not work. We used cell to talk but could still see video. This visit was important to set pattern for aspirin taking in light of my past stomach ulcer. The pattern for phlebotomy and testing was set up at this time also.

Dr. Rappazzo is rare in my experience in that she listens and considers my concerns and what I have to say. I feel very confident t that we have a path forward for my treatment
