Joyce voiced empathy when I endorsed some symptoms. She did not understand my question about Tamoxifen's mechanism of action, even after I attempted to clarify, and her answer was unrelated to my question. She also provided some information that was in contrast to information provided by [staff] about the long-term impact of the medication, which has created uncertainty and a need for me to consult additional resources.
