He completed his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center in New York and completed his Chief Residency/Ambulatory Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He performed his fellowship in General Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Department of Medicine.

Currently, Dr. Cofrancesco is an attending Physicians at Johns Hopkins Medicine and is faculty at the Thayer Firm.

    Dr. Cofrancesco is an outstanding provider and the people who assists him from an excellent team. Dr. Cofrancesco did order a lab work to be done in a month, just before the virtual appointment I have with him July 13. That is the reason no follow-up was justified because the lab work was just ordered, to be done before the July 13 appointment.
