Very Professional and Ms. Smith made me feel super comfortable to talk to abt what I was experiencing.

I called near the end of the day to speak to someone on my PC physician's team because I was experiencing severe diarrhea. The office person said I could have a video appointment in 15 minutes with CRNP Jessica Smith. She diagnosed my condition at Norovirus and told me to take Imodium. That helped immediately, but it has taken me the rest of the week to feel my body is back to normal. Jessica answered all my questions. She was great!!

She assessed the issue I had which was a presumed UTI and prescribed an appropriate empiric antibiotic and followed up when the result was available confirming I was on the correct antibiotic based on the sensitivities.

Jessica listened carefully to me and was pleasant to work with. She provided a prescription to help with the cough. Her suggestion of a neti-pot definitely helped with my sinus congestion and nosebleeds.

I was amazed at how quickly I was seen. I called around 11:40 and got an appointment for 12:10, only Half an hour later. I was also pleased to be able to get a telehealth visit since I was not really feeling well enough to go out. The NP was very thorough, understood me and it was an effective visit.

Jessica was courteous and respectful and treated me as a person, not a number. She was very knowledgeable of my health concerns and was on target with her advice to go to Urgent Care to be diagnosed, and to get urinalysis and bloodwork done promptly. I appreciate her thoroughness.

She was attentive and easy to talk to.She reviewed my previous visit notes and prescribed the necessary treatment to resolve my issue, adding that if it didn't work, I could message her directly.

My regular Dr is excellent and very attentive. The Dr I used for tge video call was exactly the same, and very eager to make sure she was meeting my expectations and the expectations of my regular Dr.

She was simply, easy. Easy to talk to, was able to help me understand what what was going on with my eye, and I even though we were going into the weekend, she set my expectations for the days ahead. She is very much like my PCP, [staff].

Jessica was awesome. She was very thorough. She listened, checked previous labs, and made the call to get blood work done. Once we got results from the blood work, she urged me, really insisted that I go to the ER to get a CT scan. I wasn't happy with the results of the ER CT scan, but very happy with Jessica's performance.
