    NP Castello was excellent. She reviewed my situation, responded to my questions, and gave clear guidance on my blood pressure medication. She is one of the best primary care providers I have had based on this one visit.

    A nurse had misscheduled a visit for my primary care provider for the day I went in, but my primary care provider was off that day. Jennifer C. Very kindly saw me even though I didn't have an appointment with her. She was capable and thoughtful in her discussion of my problem, which was urgent, and I am so appreciative of her seeing me without an appointment.

    This was my first contact with Jennifer Castello, and I was very impressed by her in every possible way. She was well prepared and asked good questions. She was also helpful, thoughtful, and kind.. She made certain that I knew what to look for as I move forward with my problem as well as who to contact should I have any questions. I could not have been more satisfied with this experience.
