This was a follow up from an ER visit. I was experiencing severe lower back pain from a heart procedure. I received an opiate for pain after my ER visit. After explaining my pain, Jennifer prescribed a muscle relaxer and steroids to help me. As of today, 11/23 Sunday, my pain has lessen and I have mobility. I appreciate the professional and quality of care I needed.

Sign on was scheduled for 4:35. I was there. Appointment was scheduled for 4:40. I was there. The Nurse Practitioner came on at 4:45. No one came on to advise that she would be late, I was just left hanging until the provider came online.

Ms Inzer was incredibly efficient and easy to talk to. The call lasted 7 minutes, which was all that was needed, so in terms of time and efficiency, that's as good as it gets.

My provider was excellent!! She followed up on my test results urine results and changed a prescription in order to treat my condition more effectively. I was so impressed with her that I ask if she could be my primary care physician, Unfortunately, that was not possible.

Requested my name and date of birth, what were my concerns, gave me some excuses to work on for possible vertigo along with an over the counter prescription to use as needed. Told me to call back or message her with questions or more concerns.

She was warm and compassionate. She helped me get to the root of the problem quickly by asking a series of questions. Her treatment plan worked like a charm.

Thorough and patient

The video appointment was nearly fifteen minutes late in starting. It would be helpful if there was a way to notify the patient that the video call is going to be late in starting and approximately how long the wait would be.
