I appreciated having a doctor who listened to me attentively. She also spoke with me directly and avoided condescending language when discussing my health. She was transparent about her findings on my Kaiser chart. Notably, she revealed a tumor listed on my chart during our last meeting, which my doctor had not mentioned previously.
