Dr Pacheco is a wonderful doctor. He listens and he cares.

I have been going to ENTAA Care for roughly 38 years when the practice was in Severna Park and [staff] was my Dr. Then when the practice was sold and became ENTAA Care I started seeing Dr. Pacheco I completely trust him and he has never given me bad medical care.

Dr Pacheco is a very good doctor he goes out of his way to exsplain you health to you he is very friendly

Dr. Pacheco is a vantastic Dr. Deffinetly would recommend him. Went to 3 other Dr's before him. He was the only one to diagnose my ear conditions and fix the problem.

Dr. Pacheco is, hands down, what I want and need from a doctor. His routine Is consistent. He repeats the summary of where we last left off in my previous visit. He then listens to my update. Then he performs the exam and discusses my current status with me. I wish all doctors would approach their patients in this professional approach. It makes the patient feel seen and heard. He sets the standard high- I wish I could find a primary care physician who has the same approach as Dr. Pacheco, my ENT specialist!

Seen on time and doctor came in within less than a minute. This is the fastest I've ever been taken into the actual consultation room and been seen by the doctor. Loved that.

I used to be an ENTAA Care Patient when [staff] and [staff] was there. When [staff] left I went to him at his new location and been with [staff] for 38 years. Until he had a medical emergency and I was looking for another ENT dr. Dr. Pacheco is like [staff], very kind and explains things to you. This is why I called ENTAA Care and got an appointment with Dr. Pacheco and Dr. Pacheco is my new replacement ENT dr now.

Dr. Pacheco was extremely personable. His explanations of the proposed course of treatment were clear, and he was responsive to my queries.

He's a very good doctor, he saved my life from the neck cancer I had by removing a huge tumor from the side of my neck

This was a follow-up concerning potential allergies with Dr. Pacheco. He listened carefully to me, asked pertinent questioned, and then explained how he wanted to proceed in order to offer me relief. He also made sure that my questions about the treatment were answered and that I was comfortable with it.

I have been to other ENT's and I've been seeing Dr. Pacheco for the past couple years and he has been the best. He has listened to me and believes me even when I tell him I have pain and he can't see anything. He has helped work through my what I call weird ear problems and I'm grateful.

I have a very small ear canal and cannot get wax out by myself. Dr. Pacheco is gentle and very thorough; I hope that I can continue to afford coming every six weeks since I just retired. I start having pain in both ears after approximately six weeks. Dr Pacheco is a great doctor!
