Good day...

I needed a pre op appointment immediately for emergency surgery in two days. The provider was available and extremely knowledgeable about my medical history despite the fact she had never treated me before. She made sure all of my test results and clearance made it to the surgeons office in time for the surgery.

Super empathetic, very knowledgeable and highly, highly competent. Thank you for your patience and bearing with me!

As usual, Dr. Dasgupta was fantastic. I only messaged her about a test I was told I needed by another (non-Hopkins) provider, and she fit me in the following morning for a video visit.I can only Imagine how busy she is, and how understaffed Hopkins is, as I could not schedule my yearly check up until July. The fact that she made room to see me speaks volumes to her professionalism.

Dr JAYANTI DASGUPTA provided my annual physical exam and was very professional. She addressed all my questions and concerns. She ordered all the appropriate blood test and medical tests to address my several health conditions and overall health. She was extremely responsive to all my concerns and took her time to explain testing she was doing such as diabetic neuropathy tests

They were nice. I liked it. But I felt a little sad that, during the time my mom was in the room with me and she showed disapproval for the idea of me transitioning, in front of my provider, the provider seemed unphased to me. I guess I was hoping for some comforting words afterwards. But its okay. Im sure the provider cares and wants me to be happy. They were nice and understanding the whole time.

Dr. Dasgupta is easy to talk to, takes time to listen and hears my concerns. She took time to look up a certain med to see if it could be used in my case. I like that she went beyond the first med to see if she could find one better suited to my situation. She does not dismiss or downplay my concerns and never seems impatient or rushed. Compassionate and empathetic while remaining professional. Very lucky to have found her after I went on Medicare. Previous experience was with Kaiser and mostly positive with a few issues.

She is wonderful! The only problem is that it is very difficult to get an appointment with her.
