Dr. Keil saw me the day after my surgery with [staff] and [staff]. He was wonderful. He provided good feedback about my surgery and the results. He was gentle with the examination as my eye was quite tender. He explained everything well. Super friendly and compassionate.

If it wasn't for this doctor I wouldn't have an eye.

Dr. Keil saw me for an urgent issue-flashers. He was very knowledgeable, performed a thorough exam, explained his diagnosis, and responded to my questions. He, like [staff], are talented WEI Fellows. I was fortunate to see him.

Called me at home in response to my my chart question. I was having unusual problems with my eye. Worked iinto schedule to be seen

Professional, thorough, remained calm and professional even when equipment he was use broke snd made a very loud noise. Excellent bedside manner allowed my wife to stay with me and play music to help me stay calm during my eye procedure. I hadnt been able to eat or drink all day snd had been to two other Dr apt they day before seeing him and he personally got me a drink of water immediately after my procedure. He was very calm, confident, professional and he explained things in a way that I could understand.

I appreciates the quality of service. I also appreciate my primary care doctor [staff] for having the doctors see me right away for my problem. He is wonderful

This is not the providers's fault. He was very late, but he was over booked. He did apologize. Even though he was running behind, he did not rush my appointment. I do appreciate that.
