The provider was very respectful, kind and professional. She did not have my medical records so she took time to gather as much history from me as I could provide because this was my first visit. I am hard of hearing and she made sure that I could hear her as well as my son. She ordered blood tests and a scan of my heart that I still need to get done because I was unable to get them done on the day of the visit.

The dr spent over an hour with me for our first meeting. She was very informed about my case (she clearly spent a lot of time reading my charts). She answered all of my questions and seems to want to explore every avenue of help/medical routes as possible. I felt very comfortable that I am in good hands.
