Dr Pack was very personable and made me feel at ease. He was detailed and very informative about everything related to my surgery. He was well informed about my condition and asked very pointed questions. He was though and listened to everything I shared. We felt better about the surgery moving forward.

He was exceptional. Explained my upcoming procedure and put me totally at ease. He was professional, yet compassionate and kind, even humorous at times. He made me feel like I was his only patient. I was very impressed.
