Moins de 12heures elle avait d?j r?pondu en me demandant de passer les prendre la r?ception du cabinet. Formidable en tout cas ! Jackie is terrific. She's knowledgeable and friendly and enthusiastic. She has a tendency to go on about the personal stuff - which I don't generally mind because I appreciate that she's gotten to know me well - but it could grate on someone less patient. And to be clear, she's very good at her job, so this is just constructive criticism for someone who reflects very well on Hopkins.
