Dr. Tsai joined the Children’s Center at Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center in 1999. Upon completion of his residency training in Pediatrics at the University of Maryland, he was honored by his peers with the Outstanding Teaching award. He has lived in Howard County for the past 28 years. He enjoys serving the community and is actively involved in a local high school mentoring program. He coaches USTA Junior Team Tennis and is involved in various nursing educational programs.
