Exceptional service.

There are very few physicians that will actually listen to the patient, and show that they care about what they have heard, instead of trying to fit them into text book/ cookie-cutter scenarios. This provider is not one of those physicians.

She is very though. It was a follow up appt for Zepbound. She reviewed lab work. I told her my ear bother me. She examined it, discovered an ear infection, and prescribed antibiotics. She gave me two lab orders.

I'm not a person who goes to the doctor often or much at all. I typically try to stay as healthy as I can and if I get hurt or sick I try to let myself heal on my own before seeking medical help. I am very happy with my experience this year with Johns Hopkins and Doctor Hiba.

My doctor is extremely attentive and thorough.

The provider was fine. However, my appointment was for 2:15, and I showed up at 2 as I was asked, but I wasn't brought back to room until close to 3:00. In addition, I was not informed of any delays. If I was informed, I would have gone for a walk while waiting for my appointment.

I wish all so tors were as kind as this doctor.

Dr. Malik is thorough, kind, and ensures that I have no unanswered questions. She coordinated care with my MFM. I have only seen her 2x, but have been consistently pleased with my decision to transition my primary care to Dr. Malik.

I appreciated that Dr. Malik completed blood work related to the medical issues I mentioned. She was very thorough in that respect.

This is not my normal doctor. They scheduled me with her because my doctor was unavailable. She was 45 mins late. I also didn't feel this doctor fully listened to me about my symptoms and about my whole medical history. I felt my issues were brushed off as not important. She did prescribe antibiotics but also stated they were unnecessary because she felt my symptoms were minor. I have a medical condition where an untreated infection could cause other medical issues. She should have listened and understood. I was not pleased with this appointment and wish I had seen another provider.
