Heather was awesome she takes her time and explain things for you to understand your health issue at hand and then she addresses overall health issues.

Heather was wonderful. I usually see [staff] but since I missed my appointment because of snow, I was scheduled to see Heather the following Monday which was amazing timing. My reason for the visit was specifically to review my recent blood work and compare with some abnormal findings 3 months prior to this visit. Heather was able to share the results and compare them with the previous blood work.

I was supposed to see my regular provider but at he last minute she was out sick. I didn't check my messages before heading to the office, so I saw Heather. She is a true gem. I wish she could be my regular provider. I know I'd probably take better care of my health if I could see her regularly. I would actually look forward to my visit.

Although Heather is no longer my primary caregiver, having her as a backup when [staff] is not available is like getting the same care and attention. Heather makes it a point to check records going into the exam room so she knows what's been happening - she even reminds ME of things that have happened with my health! Had gotten shingles in a lot of pain was able to get appt. Next day after calling. Well taken care of by all including Heather. Talked about getting shingles shot as this was my 3rd time having them. All were very sympathetic to the pain of shingles. Called in 2 medications and they were ready when I went to pick them up.

Appointment started very late despite the practice not being busy. Tests were not coded correctly so there was a delay getting test results. Took multiple reminders and calls to get an urgent referral sent. Provide took 24 hours after multiple calls to get referral signed off on to send.

Heather Dorius NP was thorough in gathering information related to my concern and has taken a very active approach in finding a solution.

My only complaint is that the provider ordered a test stat and didn't get back to me same day. I had to call twice the next day only to find out sheer was out of office. Another provider followed up and took care of what I needed.
