Excellent Doctor

Over the course of my referrals to dermatology and then later for melanoma, Dr. Pacheco is the 2nd and most recent dermatologist I have seen. She is friendly and makes eye contact, but the literal 10 minute visit (or less) is not satisfying to me. It is just too quick to feel like I have had a respectful amount of time to engage, ask questions without forgetting something. I don't think she has ever asked about me, what I do, what my skin care routine is like.....

I saw this provider for maybe five minutes. Granted it was for rosacea, but she looked at my face and ordered a prescription. Thinking about the visit afterwards just made me feel not valued, totally different from the last time I saw her.

Dr Pacheco was excellent. She listened to my concerns performed an assessment of my situation, and put me at ease. I am returning to the office on 12/3 to have a procedure. I was very pleased with my interactions with Dr Pacheco.

Dr. Was great! Ask lots of questions regarding how I was feeling and if I had any concerns.

Went in with three concerns. Acne, a mole and the back and a bump on the toe. She listened to them, but when it came to the bump on the toe, she said it was a wart and then told us to go to Walmart to get a wart kit. Why couldn't she take it off while we were there or schedule to do it? Isn't that what a dermatologist is suppose to do? Why is she sending us to a big box company to buy a kit when she's qualified to remove them?

I felt rushed during exam. 10 mins is not sufficient for visit. Doctor came back in office to perform biopsy. I had more questions. She clearly just wanted to do the biopsy
