She was very polite and patient with me and answered my questions in a way that I could understand and She also explained in more detail than anyone before her about my condition.

I appreciate the prompt and excellent care I received from Haja Bah and [staff]. I came in with shortness of breath and they ran and examined numerous tests. Haja Bah promised I would not leave until they ""got to the bottom of this."" [staff] came in and assured me that It was not a heart problem. I was much relieved. He prescribed an anti-biotic and I feel better now.

She was exceptionally helpful. Took extra time and effort to explore assistance. I told my wife it was my best appointment ever.

Outstanding provider

I was not schedule to see her, but [staff] was called away on a cardiac emergency. She stepped in to manage my visit on an unplanned basis. She was excellent -- attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable.

Ms. Bah, who works closely with [staff], my cardiologist, was punctual, prepared for my visit, reviewed up-to-date data with me and answered my questions. She was courteous and very professional. This was a post op visit and I came away informed and reassured.

I was very impressed. Dr. Bah was most diligent in making sure I got done what needed to be done for my cardiac clearance for my urological procedure on 23 January. I appreciated that.

Was there for a follow up. She explained things well and listened to what I had to say.

PA Bah listed to my concerns. She offered changes to my medications to help with side effects. Her suggestions were very reasonable. It was helpful to know that there might be changes I could make that would not compromise my lipids and my blood pressure. She suggested timeline for follow up to check my progress. I was very impressed with her knowledge and suggestions to help modify the side effects that I thought I had to live with.

She is the nurse practitioner for [staff]. She is very smartand a good communicator. She said that she would push the Dr.to get the final report of my right heart catherization which was done on December 9th. It is now December 20th.

Excellent visit. I saw the PA instead of [staff] because my medications needed refilling and I appreciiated being able to get in for a visit! The PA was excellent, very kind. The young man who gave me the appt when I called was very kind and accommodating. Undervstood my need to get in before refilling my prescriptions. Thanks to all who work there. Perhaps it was my mistake in thinking that this provider could help me with my perceived need for cardiac rehab instead of regular rehab. I have noticeable heart disease, but the provider was dismissive and borderline disrespectful. Didn't listen to my complete history, kept over talking until I realized I was with just the wrong provider in the first place. My error.
