I was told that the appointment was for 930 and would be approx 45 minutes. I showed up at 915 to complete all forms, intake, etc. Sat with the Doc's resident was there onetime, spent 45 minutes discussing things. The doc came in a at 11AM, an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment then spent 45 minutes with me
