Frederick Harvey Watkins IV, MD

Dr. Frederick H. Watkins, IV is a plastic surgeon affiliated with Sibley Memorial Hospital and Suburban Hospital of Johns Hopkins Medicine, as well as Reston Hospital Center, Inova Fairfax Hospital, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and MedStar Montgomery General Hospital. He has a private practice in Rockville, Maryland.

Dr. Watkins has an expertise in cosmetic plastic surgery. He also does reconstructive surgery for injuries to the face, hand and body. 

Dr. Watkins earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed a combined residency in general surgery and plastic surgery at the University Hospitals of Cleveland/Case Western Reserve University.

Dr. Watkins is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, as well as a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. 

Dr. Watkins has published extensively on plastic surgery and has been an educator with numerous presentations.
